I've been thinking about this for a few days. And I am not sure I fully understand what you are asking.

I think you are asking this...

You have link on website/blog which goes to an order page. That order page lets the person subscribe using PayPal. And at the same time, the order records who refered the subscriber so the reseller gets their cut.

Is that right?

If so, I need to ask... if the reseller has a paypal account anyway, why wouldn't they just take the order themselves with their own PayPal account?
