If you know anyone with diabetes, might be interesting to find out what they "want" in
terms of services or products which would
make their life easier...

In the last great ideas letter was an idea
about "vegetarian" travel..

Some of those ideas about vegetarian lifestyles
might apply to medical conditions as well.
