Best I can do right now...

Call a local Health Maintenance Organization
(here it's Kaiser)

Ask them for brochures on classes in nutrition
and social support groups for diabetics.

Even bettr try to attend the classes.

Find a nutritionist out of work or looking for
a job(colleges etc)

Put together a class and present your brochure to a "private" independent doctor as an adjunct
service.

Set up a nominal fee which includes workbooks for eating and weekly or bi-weekly classes for
counseling ...bring in people to do meditation

Essentially it's a school for diabetics for support , recipe sharing, group therapy etc.
