Mobile Bed Carbolising?

The subject is what popped into my head withn 3 seconds after reading your post.
It actually went...
Mobile...
Mobile nurse like an ambulance but for minor stuff...
Mobile bed carbolising.
Of course, you can't call it that to the public because they don't know. To them you have to call it sanitising or cleansing or some such. And when you are done you will do "hospital corners".
Bounce back some stuff.
