Thanks for that Michael, I'll be using that now as it is free! Anyway so I have the cosmetic features in the works, how about content? What content should I include? I have letters, instructions etc but what else could I add? I'm a student studying marketing and I can remember reading about how to collect debt over the phone so I might add this as an option to. Also I think I should write a guide of how to get people to pay quickly so the debt does not even begin?
Any thoughts. Thanks.
