Sam,
Thanks for asking about making an Autorun CD.
I've recently released an audio/data CD. It will play the audio in your everyday CD player as well as has files you can access from your computer - computer version of the audio as well as PDF and Text and RTF files. And the CD is Autorun. You can see the product here: http://www.michaelrossonline.com/partnership
Here's how I made the autorun...
I read and followed this article on Ed Zivkovic's website: http://www.ezau.com/latest/articles/autorun.shtml
I downloaded AutorunPRO and it says the new version doesn't need to have /s but I put it in anyway just to make sure (this will make sense when you read the APro instructions that come with it.)
I created a HTML page called "index.html" which acts as my menu/instruction page with links to the files. When the links are clicked the file opens within the browser - like all such text files do, though the Windows audio program starts to play the audio. I have instructions to choose "Save target as..." as well.
So the HTML page is the menu with links to the other files - I got this idea from the free software CDs that come with computer magazines.
I burned it all to CD - the AutorunPro software, the .inf file which APro reads and acts on, the index page, and the files, and it works perfectly on all the computers I've tried it out on.
So I can recommend this software. And it's FREE too. And we like free. :o)
Hope this helps.
