VHS to DVD Service - Long Read

OK, I'm searching for some ideas to make this work.
I have a DVD burner, software and a hook-up that connects my PC to my TV.
About a month ago I started transfering all my old VHS home movies to my computer and burning DVDs.
Since OfficeMax and places like that run specials on blank DVD's I decided to burn copies for my family. Well as you can guess everyone loved them.
To transfer, convert and burn 1 hour of video it took over 2 hours. The set-up and actual work involved was very minimal. Just set it up, record, convert, use a DVD Menu template and burn.
I don't know if I am going to follow through with this project because of the time it would tie up my computer, but here is what I was thinking.
Talk to the local Blockbuster video stores to see if they will do a JV with me. Then I can run an ad in the paper directing people to drop off their tapes at Blockbuster for conversion to DVD.
$25 per hour a video was my initial thought, but probably more then most would pay. Considering a New Release DVD costs around $19 that my be a better price point.
So say I charge $20 for 2 hours of video, Pay $10 to Blockbuster. The DVD & case costs .50 so my profit would be $9.50 for 15-20 minutes work and 4 hours of PC downtime.
I don't know how the VHS DVD combo machines work, but I know that they don't make a menu. I think the menu ads a WOW factor tot he DVD. For example I have 1/2 hour from Thanksgiving, 1/2 Hour from Christmas and 1/2 hour from another event on 1 DVD and we/my family can easly go right to the section they want.
If I cut Blockbuster out of the picture I could double my profits, but a pickup/delivery location is key for convenience.
Any thoughts/suggestions?
