I get the ezine by Zappos(an online comprehensive shoe store) and one of the people have online classifieds for "shoe detective".(a shoe finder)

This is a great business offline. You could run an ad for those looking for a rare pair of shoes and then search online for the shoes. Works great if your customer is not "internet savvy".
