Renters & the latest issue/another idea

Here's an idea worth exploration:
Believe it or not(smile) renters exist who have an impeccable record of paying rent on time and keeping up their property.

I haven't seen any services which "rate renters" and keep a listing of "great renters" and charge landlords a fee to get referrals of the good renters.
