I thought 6 years was frightening too! Which raises a great issue for business magazines: bootstrapping and getting your business idea off the ground in the shortest amount of time.

I'm not to big on the type of food she's developed, but it does show the potential to make baby foods for "vegans" , "vegetarians" etc.
I just got a book by Carol Alt who is a "raw food eater". Some of the recipes seems yummy. One milk substitute she used: Almond Nut Milk
